Agile at Scale
Title Description
Taking ‘Agile at Scale’ to the Next Level: Improving Your SAFe® or Other Large Scale Adoption This course consolidates the decade plus experience Net Objectives has accumulated doing Agile at Scale. It provides several key practices that we have found essential. It also discusses how to address your situation and problems when attempting to implement any transformation at scale. Although this course is specifically designed for those doing SAFe, practitioners of any Agile at Scale approach will find benefit.
Architecting in a Scaled Agile Framework® Environment This workshop introduces how architects can work in a SAFe® environment. The architectural roles in scaled Agile are explored.  The course emphasizes the qualities of architecture and code that enhance Agile development.
Net Objectives Architecture at Scale This two day course provides an in-depth discourse into the Scaled Agile Framework’s approach to Agile Architecture as well as the roles of the Enterprise and System Architect. It was designed specifically for SAFe by Net Objectives, the premier provider of technical Agile services. The Net Objectives team has been providing thought leadership in eXtreme Programming, Design Patterns, TDD, ATDD, Emergent Design and more for over 15 years, including the publication of multiple award winning books.
Implement the Built-In Quality of SAFe® with Sustainable Test-Driven Development This course teaches the skills of unit testing, refactoring, and incremental development. It goes even further: unless developers are trained about which tests to write, how to write them, when to refactor code, and techniques for breaking dependencies, testing can become unsustainable as projects mature.
