Good news ! We're back.
TCOT founders @michaelpleahy and @rneppell have agreed to cede control of TCOT as an organization to a third party, thereby ensuring that TCOT can be guided by an independent group and not be beholden to or controlled by any one (or two) individuals.
Details will be worked out by four TCOT members, two appointed by Leahy and two appointed by Neppell. These four will present their recommendations for Leahy and Neppell to review, modify, and accept.

For new followers: This index is a basic measure of the technological inclination of the candidates for chairman of the RNC. The fields in the index link to the candidate's information wherever possible. The Twitter followers row shows for each person following them, how many they are following in return. The updates to replies row shows how many updates they have posted compared to how many replies they have posted in the 24 hours prior to the update. The RtP.ning row shows how many friends they have if they are a member of the Rebuilding the Party ning site. This does not indicate whether or not they have endorsed the Rebuilding the Party plan. I have Chip Saltsman's Twitter on the index (if you click on the number of followers, it will take you to their Twitter page). Where I'm missing him is Facebook, a blog and Rebuilding the Party.

Melanie, Chip tweeted me his FB and blog, and when asked if he supports #rebuild he said yes ... although I don't believe he's member on ning. I'll follow up on that end today on twitter. Here's his direct response to me

Thanks for the info, I had asked him via Twitter a week ago with no response. I think the blog is new since the site has been up. That's a Facebook group, I guess he doesn't have a Facebook account? That's what I've been using for the rest of the index....

At least Saul and Katon are trying to engage. Looks like Blackwell might too. Still a little frustrated that Steele plays with us but doesn't actually get engaged

You Republican are out of touch with reallity, you are more like the the party if the 1930 Germany.
